Reasons to email us before sending shoes back for return or exchange:
- 1) Finding the right shoe is difficult. We would like to assist you in determining the best model and size.
- 2) We can set aside the model and size that you like.
- 3) We love to help our customers
You may return all unused shoes with original packaging for a full refund, an exchange or a store credit.
For a full refund:
- A shoe must be in new re-sellable condition in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. All new shoes are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase and are in new "Factory Fresh" condition.
- Dirty, scuffed, damaged or smelly shoes may be rejected for return, and or a partial credit may be offered.
- If the packaging for product is missing or unusable a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping is not provided by Sender Gear* (some exceptions apply)
- Returns and exchanges normally takes 1-3 weeks.
- All Sale and Discontinued items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items deemed to be "safety gear" such as ropes harnesses, carabiners etc are not eligible for return.
****Factory Fresh - For an item to be considered factory fresh, it must never have been worn or used in a way that would contaminate it with chalk/dirt/etc. The item must show absolutely zero signs of wear and tear. The item must be returned in the same condition as was sold by Sender Gear, including the original product packaging.
